January 2, 2010

The party is over for another year...After Kris Kringle's 24 hour marathon world tour over the night of the 24th, the village began fading away.; The last thing to vaporize for eleven months was the train.; Mr Kringle and his workers are resting for a month or two and then they will start the whole thing again...getting toys and goodies ready for another Christmas season>Before going away, Mr. Kringle went to the polluting factory that was trying to move in on his territory. He tried to warn them that come next summer the factory would be in trouble. It seems that one reason Christmastime Village tries to be so clean and non-polluting is that when soot covers the ice, it draws in the heat from the sun, and as a result, the ice melts faster.; If they don't clean up their act, the factory will be at the bottom of the Arctic Ocean by the end of summer. The very area that the factory is sitting upon was open water last summer. (Poor planning, I would say.)<'m sorry that I was unable to get this last part of the story out to all of you, but the Multiply Site was having issues with moving their stuff.  All seems to be better...hope you've enjoyed it.

  1. Glad to see you are back in business. The "North" is mysterious and unlike our territory. Good story.
